Featuring miles of spacious beaches, a pretty main street, and a historic seafront resort, Coronado Island makes your rugby day a memorable stay or team vacation. Our Tidelands Park pitches are located a short distance from the Coronado Ferry Landing which is known for its lovely views, dining, shopping and our favorite souvenir shop La Camisa. In between matches make sure to grab lunch at Feast and Fareway located at our bay side golf course. e.
Explore Orange Avenue and go to the beach
If you're at our Coronado High School pitch walk along Orange Avenue browsing the boutiques or have a beverage at our local favorite VFW Post-2422. After a hard day of rugby make sure to go the waterfront to cool off and lounge on the soft sand near the luxurious Hotel Del Coronado, which has hosted presidents and royals. You can drive to Coronado Island over the Coronado Bridge or take a 15-minute ferry ride from Broadway Pier in San Diego.
